Khwai Leadwood

Overview

This beautifully designed camp overlooks a watery landscape, often dotted with animals, and over which the moon rises. The rooms are delightful – and for the thirsty contain their own minibars! A cosy main area includes a pleasant bar to the rear and camp fire to the fore.

When we visited Khwai we had one of the best guides we’ve ever met, and game viewing was absolutely outstanding, with first class sightings of lion, leopard and wild dog. The area in which the camp is located can get busy which, for some, might be a drawback, but overall this is a really inviting camp offering a superb safari experience.
